After last week’s focus on Catalunya, the topic of this episode of Erasmus on air will be: The Netherlands and its colonial past.

Following a brief introduction on Dutch colonial practices and slave trade, Jasper, history student, will present some examples of the way in which is dealt with this past. Special attention is going to be paid to the racist tradition of Zwarte Piet (Black Pete).
