First Migrant Frequency

Dober večer Slovenia, you are listening to the first edition of the show Migrant frequency! In this show we will be talking about integration, migrants issues, asylum policy in Slovenia specifically and Europe generally. This show is made by bunch of crazy people who by mistake got stuck in Slovenia on their way to Germany. The point of this program is to show the difficulties that migrants are facing through their experiences and try to give them useful information.

The show will be aired every third Monday of the month 8 p.m. at Radio Študent 89,3 MHz. Next show will be on the 16th of October at 20:00.

1st advice: never sign the contracts without seeing the apartments first.
2nd advice: try to get the contract translated to your own language before signing it

Basic info on the prices of the rooms/apartments in Ljubljana and Maribor
 

Ljubljana

- shared room 90-180€
- single room 150-250 €
- studios 250-400 €
- apartments with two rooms 400-600 €
- apartments with three rooms 500-700 €
- apartments with four rooms 700-1000 €

Maribor
- one room is between 120/200 €
- the studios is between 200/300 €
- apartments with two rooms in between 250/400 €

- apartments with three rooms in between 200/500 €
- apartments with four rooms in between 500/1000 €

But the prices depend on the apartment - is it modern or old, the quality and the locations as well.
