another delve into the piles of physical media building up at framework hq: this time we heard a cd release fromartificial memory trace on the german aufabwegen label, a 3-inch cdr release by éric cordier on universinternational, a recent vinyl release by mark vernon on him own meagre resource imprint, and the first disc of a 2cdr compilation onben owen‘s always beautifully-packaged winds measure label. we had a dose of the virtual as well, in the form of our latest aporee segment, features some recent and/or favorite sounds from the aporee soundmaps.

we have a busy summer ahead, but one thing on our agenda is getting the next issue of framework:seasonal together. we will hopefully have it ready by late summer, and we’re now taking submissions for it, so if you have an unreleased work that makes use of field recordings in some way (untreated or composed), and you have already contributed to the program (but not yet to one of our releases), we want to hear it!
